Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Martin, *468J.), rendered May 6, 1985, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial (Ritter, J.), after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
