Robert B. Keene appeals an order of the
Thurston County Superior Court affirming the Washington State Board of Accountancy’s revocation of his certified public accountant license. Keene contends: (1) the regulations governing conduct of public accountants are unconstitutionally vague; (2) the Board erroneously interpreted or applied the law; (3) the evidence is insufficient to support the Board’s findings; and (4) the sanctions the Board imposed are excessive or arbitrary and capricious.
