Affirming.

On February 4, 1929, the appellants were jointly indicted in tbe Daviess circuit court charged with the crime of robbery. They were awarded separate trials, and each was convicted. Carl Browder’s punishment was fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for 18 years, and that of Grace Browder fixed at 20 years. Both have appealed. The appeals have been consolidated and heard together and will be disposed of in this opinion, as both appellants rely upon the same grounds for reversal.
