This matter comes before us on a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by the United Industrial, Service, Transportation, Professional and Government Workers of North America Seafarers International Union (“Union”) on behalf of Ernest Bason, Esq., asking us to review a decision by the Virgin Islands Supreme Court.
