This is a suit to recover benefits under our Workmen’s Compensation Statutes (T.C.A. sec. 50-901 et seq.) brought by the employee, a resident of Fentress County, in the Circuit Court of that County against the employer’s insurance carrier, a foreign corporation licensed *337to do business in Tennessee.
