A. INTRODUCTION
The issue before the Court in all three (3) of these Chapter 7 adversarial proceedings is the dischargeability of student loans on the grounds of undue hardship pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)(B). The Court has consolidated the resolution of these proceedings for reasons of efficiency and judicial economy.
