John A. Rice, sheriff of Missoula county, has appealed from an order granting Harry H. Parsons a new trial in- an action wherein the latter sued for damages for the alleged conversion of a Hudson coach, on the trial of which action verdict was rendered for defendant.

The chronological history of the Harry Parsons coach is as follows: In the year 1926 A. W. Stephenson and W. E.
