MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ALLEN SHARP, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the district court on the plaintiffs’ motion to withdraw reference, for abstention, and for remand to the St. Joseph County, Indiana, Superior Court. The plaintiffs are creditors of Stockert Flying Service, Inc., who filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana, South Bend Division, on September 8, 1980.
