The sole issue in this appeal is whether the trial court properly concluded that General Statutes § 7-2841 is unconstitutional as applied to a rap music concert at the plaintiffs nightclub and as it would apply thereafter to concerts and other forms of expressive conduct. We conclude that the statute is not unconstitutional either on its face or as it applied to the plaintiff.
