This is an action for an accounting and other equitable relief brought by David Lortscher as plaintiff against Kenneth H. Winchell, the defendant. The action was brought to determine and recover amounts alleged to be due the plaintiff from the defendant as the result of their operation of a grain storage business, to determine the rights of the parties , in certain, storage facilities purchased by them, and to partition the property.
