This is an original proceeding in prohibition. The petitioner, Ralph V. Shelton, is the president and a director of the Neon Maintenance Corporation, a Nevada corporation; the petitioner, Robert C. Graham, is the vice president and a director of the Neon Maintenance Corporation. The respondents, William G. Lubeck, R. H. Pecknold and Charles W. Wagner, are stockholders and directors of the Neon Maintenance Corporation. Petitioners own 1,989 shares of the corporation’s outstanding 2,500 shares; Lubeck, Pecknold, and Wagner own an aggregate of 511 shares.…
