Affirming.

Tbis is tbe second appeal of tbis case. Our disposition of tbe first one, of tbe same style, will be found in 245 Ky. 474, 53 S. W. (2d) 703. No additional pleadings were offered, nor any new issues made after tbe mandate from tbis court was filed in tbe trial one. At tbe second trial tbe same verdict was returned, which was for tbe full amount sued for.
