OPINION
WALKER, Chief Justice.
We are combining our discussion and resolution of the issues before us in one opinion because, with the exception of one point of error, the issues raised and the law used to resolve said issues are identical. Appellant was tried separately for the felony offenses of Capital Murder. In cause number 66112, appellant was indicted for causing the death of Harlan Taylor while in the course of committing or attempting to commit the offense of robbery.
