— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered May 7, 1981, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and *701imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Tsoucalas, J.), of the defendant’s suppression motion.

Judgment affirmed.
