GARDNER, Chief Justice.

Complainants are the owners of residential property abutting on Quintard Avenue in the City of Anniston, and filed this bill seeking injunctive relief against the City of Anniston, the Highway Director of the State of Alabama, and the R. T. Smith Construction Company, against the widening of the paved portion of said avenue between Eighteenth and Twenty-second Streets.
