SULLIVAN, Judge.

h Insurer appeals the denial of its motion for summary judgment in which it sought a judgment recognizing that its policy does not provide uninsured motorist (UM) coverage to the plaintiff and the grant of summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff that the policy provides UM coverage to her. We reverse.

Facts
