The proceedings culminating in the entry of the judgment from which this appeal is prosecuted are these:

The O’Donnell Motor Company, a corporation,- of O’Donnell, Lynn county, Tex., held with appellant a policy of fire insurance in the sum of $7,000, covering a building and certain merchandise that were destroyed by fire on April 1, 1925."
