It is alleged in the petition that, the defendant, Knapp, a resident and citizen of Appanoose County, Iowa, brought suit in Grundy County, Missouri, against the plaintiffs herein, to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been received by him in Iowa, while in the employ of the director general of railways, operating the lines of the plaintiff Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway Company.
