Defendant appeals from the judgment entered in a court-tried case finding him guilty of the class C felony of possession of methamphetamine, in violation of Section 195.202 RSMo (2000), and the class D felony of possession of anhydrous ammonia in a non-approved container, in violation of Section 578.154 RSMo (2000). The court sentenced him to three years imprisonment on each count, to be served concurrently.
