This appeal arises out of a suit brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), Tex.Bus. & Comm.Code Ann. § 17.41, et seq. (Supp. 1980) and for breach of expressed and implied warranties under Tex.Bus. & Comm. Code Ann. §§ 2.313, 2.314 (Vernon 1968). Trial was before the court without jury, and a take nothing judgment was entered against the appellant.
