MEMORANDUM DECISION

STEINBERG, Associate Judge:

The pro se appellant, veteran Kevin E. Oredson, appeals from a July 22, 1991, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) denying service-connected disability compensation for a psychiatric disorder. Kevin E. Oredson, BVA 91-_ (July 22, 1991). The Secretary of Veterans Affairs (Secretary) has moved for summary affirmance.
