Kathleen D. Jay (“Jay” or the “Claimant”) seeks an order from this Court modi fying a previous order setting the bar date in this case (the “Bar Order”), to enable her to file a late proof of claim. Her counsel asserts that he did not learn of the Bar Order until September 24, 1985, after the time for filing claims had expired. Notice of the Bar Order was not mailed to Jay or her attorney.
