The defendant, Alberto Gomez, appeals the trial court’s order denying his motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We affirm.

The defendant was tried and convicted on March 4, 1982, for several counts of armed robbery and one count of first degree murder. Since the defendant’s convictions and sentences were affirmed on appeal, he has filed numerous motions and petitions seeking postconviction relief.
