MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
CLARIE, Senior District Judge.
In this action tried to the Court, the plaintiff, Louis J. Zebedeo (“plaintiff” or “Zebedeo"), a member of the protected age category, alleged that the defendant, Martin E. Segal Company, Incorporated (“the Company” or “defendant”) violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, (“ADEA”) 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
