Plaintiff-appellant Kevin W. Tobin appeals the award of summary judgment to his former employer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”), on his state and federal claims of disability discrimination and failure to accommodate, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. (2000), and the Massachusetts anti-discrimination statute, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B (“Chapter 151B”).
