Affirming.
Clarence Young was indicted in the Harlan circuit court on the 1st day of September, 1937, for the willful murder of George Piclcard. On the 25th day of March, 1938, lie was tried and convicted by a jury of the crime of manslaughter and Ms punishment fixed at confinement in the state reformatory for 21 years. From a judgment based upon that verdict he appeals.
