By this appeal Danville Plywood Corporation (Plywood) seeks to reverse the trial court’s dismissal on jurisdictional grounds of its contract action for $5,844.35 against Plain and Fancy Kitchens, Inc. (Kitchens). The specific question presented is whether the trial court erred in holding Kitchens not subject to its jurisdiction under the provisions of Virginia’s “long arm statute” which grants our courts personal jurisdiction over a party “as to a cause of action arising from the [party’s] . . . [transacting any business in this State.” Code § 8-81.2(a)(l). *
