Petitioner has instituted a proceeding to impress a trust upon certain funds remaining on deposit in a “ trust account ” in The First National Bank and Trust Company of Tuckahoe, N. Y., to the credit of decedent at the time of his death, and for an order directing payment of said funds to her.
