By order dated February 23, 2005, we denied appellant’s, Gerald T. Callaghan Jr.’s, statutory appeal from the one-year suspension of his operating privileges pursuant to section 1547(b)(1) of the Vehicle Code.1 Appellant has filed an appeal from this decision thereby requiring the preparation of this opinion in accordance with Pa.R.
