Appellant, Rena Brodhurst, asserts that the trial court erred when it granted Appellee’s Motion for Summary Judgment upholding a claim for recognition of an easement across her property which provides access to Appellee’s property. Brodhurst further asserts that there were outstanding issues of material fact concerning the existence of the alleged easement; therefore, she *375argues that the motion for summary judgment should have been denied.
