Plaintiffs Daniel Bartolucci and Edward Ungvarsky sued defendant 1-800 Contacts, Inc. (“1-800 Contacts”), alleging that it agreed, and conspired to agree, with other online retailers selling contact lenses nationwide to restrain trade in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act and the District of Columbia’s consumer protection laws.
