This matter comes before the Court on the complaint for interpleader and declaratory relief filed by Cole Taylor Bank (the “Bank”) as escrow agent of certain property held in escrow. The defendants are individuals and entities having conflicting claims to the escrowed property and its proceeds. The relief sought is a determination as to the defendants’ rights to the escrowed property.
