This suit, instituted by the Sheriff of Hickman County, was filed in the Circuit Court naming the Judge of the County Court of that County as the sole defendant. The complaint filed pursuant to Section 8-2001 et seq., T.C.A. seeks the approval of the Court of a salary increase for a Deputy Sheriff and the appointment of two additional Deputies at a salary of $500.00 a month each.
