The appeal is from an order sustaining a general demurrer to the complaint.
The pleading is long and cannot well be set out in extenso. The action is to recover damages on account of a sale by plaintiff to defendants Benz of 47 shares of stock in the defendant corporation on the ground that defendants conspired to and did bring it about by duress.
