In an action to compel the determination of a claim to real property, brought pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 19, 1964, after a nonjury trial, which dismissed the complaint and inter alia decreed that defendant, through adverse possession, is the owner in fee simple absolute of the property in dispute.
