Plaintiff We Media Inc. (“WEM”) filed this action on January 19, 2001, asserting four causes of action against defendants General Electric Co., National Broadcasting Company Holding, Inc., National Broadcasting Company, Inc., Cablevision Systems Corp., Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc., American Movie Classics Co., and WE: Women’s Entertainment, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”).
