This is an appeal from the Franklin County Court of Common pleas by appellant, Robert Pond, of claimed error because the court below sustained appellees’ motions for summary judgment.
Appellant contends that on November 20, 1982, appellee Dennis P. McCain spent several hours in each of the co-appellees’ taverns where he consumed a quantity of alcohol. McCain first spent two hours drinking beer at R.E.’s Draft House. The Draft House is' operated by appellee Robert E. Curry.
