A writ of hateas corpus having issued out o£ this court directed to the defendant, Augusta Palmer, commanding her to have the body of Virginia Angelina D. Palmer, the infant child of herself and the petitioner, before this court to submit to and leceive whatever the chancellor should consider in that behalf, such proceedings were had in the cause that it was ordered, adjudged and decreed that until the further order of the court the custody of the minor child be awarded to the defendant, and that the petitioner have access to such child at the residence of the father of the…
