Appellant filed his bill in the chancery court of Covington county against appellees, Mrs. Homer McLeod, Mrs. R. H. Watkins, and Mrs. T. W. Cranford, county election commissioners of that county to enjoin said election commissioners from placing on the official ballots to be used in the approaching general election of the county the name of W. J. Warren as the Democratic nominee for the office of sheriff of said county. A temporary injunction was issued without notice.
