George ,E. Stodder laid out an addition to the city of Chicago, described as D. S. Place’s Third addition to Chicago, arid executed a plat thereof, which was recorded in the recorder’s office of Cook county. There was an alley sixteen feet wide in the addition along the north side, between blocks numbered 1 and 6 and the south line of the right of way of the Chicago and Great Western Railroad Company. The owners of said blocks enclosed the alley opposite their blocks and filed a bill to enjoin the city of Chicago from interfering with their possession of the same. The bill was dismissed for…
