MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] Tilmer Paul Everett appeals a district court judgment summarily dismissing his application for post-conviction relief. In Everett’s application for post-conviction relief, he alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel, prosecutorial mis*532conduct, and the district court erred in granting a continuance of the trial. The district court summarily dismissed the application for post-conviction relief, concluding Everett’s claims were without merit. We affirm the district court’s judgment.
