MEMORANDUM OPINION

Anna and David Rizzo (the “Plaintiffs”) brought a complaint pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, 1 in which they objected to the dischargeability of an alleged obligation of Sean C. Mindes (the “Defendant”) to them, relating to a remodeling and construction contract (the “project” or the “contract”) that the Defendant agreed to perform at the Plaintiffs’ property.
