The question involved in this appeal is the legality and, if legal, the reasonableness, of counsel fees in the amount of $2,000, allowed by the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City in the second administration account of the appellees, as executors of the estate of John Knapp, deceased, to the firm of Duncan, Schwatka & Flynn as alleged counsel for the administrators. The question is raised by exceptions filed by the appellants to the said account.
