Appellant Mark Springer appeals from the judgment entered upon a jury's verdict finding him guilty of murder as a lesser-included offense of death-eligible aggravated murder; aggravated robbery; aggravated burglary; and death-eligible aggravated murder (two counts, with each accompanied by specifications that he was the principal offender in a homicide that took place when he was also committing aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary).
