Plaintiff Maria Arnold (Arnold) appeals the district court’s grant of defendantsappellees James Wilder’s (Wilder) and the City of Strathmoor Village’s (Strathmoor) (collectively, defendants) motion for remittitur of the jury’s punitive-damages award.
