Plaintiff Steven Crowley brought suit against Defendants VisionMaker, LLC (“VisionMaker”), Palace Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (“Palace Holdings”), MidO-eean Partners LP and MidOcean Partners II, LP (collectively “MidOcean Defendants”) to recover damages for the alleged breach of an agreement to provide financial advisory services.
