A jury found the defendant, Scott Cancel, guilty of murder as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-54a (a) and 53a-8 (a) in connection with the strangulation death of the victim, Robert Schmidt. The trial court rendered judgment in accordance with the jury verdict, and the defendant appealed.1 The sole issue in this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in failing to replay for the jury all of the testimony that the juiy had requested *3to review at the outset of its deliberations.2 We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion…
