BOYD, Justice.
George Richie and Irene Richie, formerly husband and wife, sued D. D. Hairston and L. D. Fox, Jr., individually and as partners, doing business as Fox-Hairston Construction Company, Hairston Lumber Company, Kenneth Myers, Billy Hammonds, Glen Fox, and Travis Fox, for an accounting, for partition, and for debt, alleging that George Richie was a partner in Fox-Hairs-ton Construction Company, and that the money and property sued for belonged to their community estate.
