This is an original action instituted in this court by James M. Kurn and John G. Lonsdale, as Trustees of the Estate of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, hereinafter referred to as petitioners, to review an award of the State Industrial Commission entered against petitioners and in favor of Lloyd Clifton Wheeler, hereinafter referred to as respondent.

Respondent was employed by petitioners as a section hand and during the course of such employment sustained an injury to his left eye. The nature and extent of the injury and disability are not involved herein. The sole question…
