This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation and Patrick Pilgrim (“Defendants or Appellees”). Susan and Ray Nu-gent’s suit alleged trespass and temporary damage to their farm by Defendants’ negligent or grossly negligent dumping of noxious and toxic chemicals and chicken waste on the adjoining farm.
